On a visit to HRD one year Diana spotted a company, Pearlcatchers, taking a refreshingly down to earth approach to management training. Sharon Young, their Director, was enthusiastic about collaborating on a project and after several months bandying ideas around ‘Get Creative Get Results’ was born! KDP applied their marketing expertise to the name and brand, whilst Pearlcatchers developed content based on their vast training experience. Following a trial at World of Learning, some welcome feedback and a further pilot, Pearlcatchers landed on the winning formula - Get Happy Get Creative Get Results.
